By accessing or using QFO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QFO is a tool that extracts query fan-out data from AI systems to help users understand search behaviour, discover keyword opportunities, and improve content strategy. The Service provides query extraction, visualization, and export features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit prompts containing illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation or abuse
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Usage limits reset on the first of each calendar month.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by QFO and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the reports generated from them.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QFO and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
